Meet the VideoVA

Hello!  I’m Donna Arnlund (a.k.a. the VideoVA), founder and owner of DAVAS Business Solutions, a virtual assistance practice which I started in August 2006.  Before becoming a full-time virtual assistant, I had worked more than 20 years in both private and government business sectors, primarily in information technology positions that included software development, training and help desk support.

My decision to specialize my services in the area of video demos, tutorials and audio editing seemed to be a natural transition from the more generalized VA services I started offering clients in 2006.

I have received many hours of specialized training from some of the best in the business when it comes to creating and editing Camtasia screencast videos.
